Seaview Palms Villa
This lovely Villa is nestled in the tropical surroundings
of Villa Madeleine, an exclusive retreat in St. Croix's preferred
east-end. It has been thoughtfully designed so that the Villa
is a separate, free standing, unit surrounded by glorious
landscaping and refreshing easterly trade winds. Seaview Palms
Villa is a desirable end-unit, tastefully decorated with top
quality furniture and furnishings. The cathedral ceilings
provide an open feel to each room, and the ceiling fans provide
refreshing air movement. You can open the doors and windows and
enjoy the fresh air and trade winds. If the temperature gets too
warm for comfort, don't worry, turn on the Mitsubishi split A/C
and you will be chillin in no time.
This Villa layout provides a main house with master bedroom, bathroom, great room, and kitchen, and a separate detached second bedroom with its own bathroom and shower. Both bedrooms are large, and nicely furnished with king sized beds. Each bedroom has access to the private pool and patio via French doors. This layout offers nice privacy for two couples wishing to share their days together, but looking for a little privacy at night.
This unique villa includes a private swimming pool where guests can easily spend the day relaxing and soaking in the sunshine. The pool is accessible by French doors through
both bedrooms and the family room. For this reason, the villa may be better suited to adults. Families with young children need to take this into consideration when deciding where to stay in St. Croix.
The Villa overlooks St. Croix's southern shore. Just a short
walk takes you to the beautiful beach at the Divi Carina hotel.
The beaches are public in St. Croix so enjoy the fine waters,
sandy beaches, and maybe a tropical drink at the bar. You
will have no problem "limin" (relaxing) here.
The Villa has all the comforts of home. Unlike a hotel, Seaview Palms Villa
comes with numerous amenities including telephone, television,
Sony stereo and CD player, high-speed wireless Internet, washer and dryer,
and a fully equipped kitchen including Corian countertops
and a dishwasher. If you like cooking and don't feel like
eating out every day, make yourself at home and cook up a gourmet meal.
The Villa includes a gas grill, so you can also cook outside
and enjoy the aroma of grilled food by the pool.
Cleaning
The Villa will be cleaned before your arrival and we provide
fresh linens and towels for your stay. If you are staying
beyond a week, cleaning service can be arranged to freshen up
weekly. Pool cleaning is also done weekly, typically Thursday or Friday.

Plenty to eat and drink
The Villa comes with a full sized refrigerator
for all your food and beverages. One of many benefits of
St. Croix is there are supermarkets where you can purchase
almost everything you would find on the mainland, from fresh
fruits and vegetables, to fish and meat. The grocery stores also carry
beer, wine and liquor. When shopping, make sure to pick-up some
of our world renowned Cruzan Rum. You'll find the rum excellent
and the price inexpensive. (You might want to consider a tour
of the rum factory while visiting. It is a learning experience
topped off with a sampling of the products - yum!). We recommend
the Cost U Less or Plaza Extra food stores. You will drive past
them as you drive from the airport to Seaview Palms.
Closer to the condo is the Schooner Bay Market. They have
a good selection of food and fresh meats, just a little
pricier.
